SiO2微粒对化学镀Ni-P-SiO2复合镀层性能的影响

摘    要:采用化学复合镀技术制备了化学镀Ni-P-SiO2复合镀层,并研究了SiO2微粒的质量浓度对化学镀Ni-P-SiO2复合镀层性能的影响。结果表明:SiO2微粒嵌入镀层内部或附着在镀层表面,但当SiO2微粒的质量浓度过高时SiO2微粒出现团聚现象;无论是镀态还是热处理后,化学镀NiP-SiO2复合镀层的显微硬度均随SiO2微粒的质量浓度的增加而增大;当SiO2微粒的质量浓度为12 g/L时,化学镀Ni-P-SiO2复合镀层的耐蚀性最好;SiO2微粒只是机械地掺杂在镀层中,并没有改变镀层的晶体结构。

Abstract:Electroless Ni-P-SiO2 composite coatings were prepared by electroless composite plating,and the effect of the mass concentration of SiO2 particle on the properties of electroless Ni-P-SiO2 composite coatings was studied.The results showed that SiO2 particle was embedded in coating or adhered to the surface of coating,while agglomeration occured when the mass concentration of SiO2 particlewas too high.Either the as-plated electrolessNi-P-SiO2 composite coatings or the electrolessNi-P_SiO2 composite coatings after heat treatment,the microhardness increased with the increasing of the mass concentration of SiO2 particle.When the mass concentration of SiO2 particle was 12 g/L,the electroless Ni-P-SiO2 composite coating possessed the best corrosion resistance.SiO2 particle was only mechanically embedded in coating and does not change the crystal structure of coating.
