同种肾组织移植治疗慢性肾功能衰竭性贫血的实验研究

摘    要:以Wistar雄性大鼠为受体,建立慢性肾功能衰竭动物模型,将鼠婴肾组织声多点植入受体双侧后肢皮下和筋膜下。结果表明,30天后移植物的体积由1mm^3增至4mm^3大小,表面血管网丰富;光镜下见肾小球、肾小管结构正常。促红细胞生成素(EPO)着色颗粒主要分布在肾小球区,移植组着色程度明显增高。血红蛋白和4促红细胞生成素随移植的时间延长而逐渐升高,实验结果提示,此方法有可能为治疗慢性肾功能衰竭性贫血提

Abstract:After the models of chronic renal failue (CRF) induced by adriamycin were set up in Wistar rats, the kidney tissue mass (1mm3))of newborn Wistar rats were located under the adrema of double legs of the models. The results were shown as follows: 1)The grafts survived and were increased in size from 1mm3 to 4mm3 in the Period of 30 days, around which there were plenty of newborn blood vessels. Histological examination showed that the grafts had normal structure of glomerule and uriuiferous tubules; 2) Immunohistochemical study demonstrated Epo Positive grains were located in the region of glomerule and there were more positive grains in renal tissue of the graft than that of CRF(P<0.05). 3) The levels of Hb and Epo in blood lihich kept on increasing in the period of implantion. were higher than those in CRF with the difference being significant(P<0.01), but the differences between implantation group and Epo treated group were not significant (P>0. 05). From the above, it was concluded that allograft transplantation of kidney mass might be a new therapeutic means to treat CRF induced anaemia.
