带电设备红外测温定位技术探讨

摘    要:阐述了输、变电设备在输送电能过程中,由于设备的外部热故障和内部热故障,可能造成设备局部过热或温度异常,引起设备损坏,造成供电中断的严重电网事故。变电值班人员定期对设备红外测温,为设备的状态检修提供了客观、正确、科学的评价资料。为使每次检测数据有可比性,正确判断其温度变化,设计发明了“红外检测定位垫”,用于不停电、非接触、定点定向检测,解决了安全生产工作中存在的困难,减轻了生产劳动强度,提高了作业人员的工作效率。

Abstract:Power transmission and transformation equipment might be partially overheated due to the overheat fault of the equipment internally and externally,which could cause equipment damage and serious grid accident like power supply interruption etc.. Regular infrared temperature measurement of equipments brought by substation operator may provide objective,accurate,and scientific evaluation data for equipment condition-based maintenance. In order to make the test data comparable so as to judge the change of temperature correctly,Infrared Detection Location Pad is designed for locational and directional detection with no blackouts and non-contact. The design of Infrared Detection Location Pad can ensure the secure operation,reduce labor intensity and improve the efficiency of workers.
