| 摘 要： | 应用试管法对黄芩、黄精、虎仗、大黄等四种中药对六种真菌的抗真菌作用进行了研究。初步结果：黄芩ＭＩＣ为：Ｔｒ和Ｅｆ为６．２５ｍｇ／ｍｌ，Ｔｇ为１２．５ｍｙ／ｍｌ，ＳＳ为２５．ｏｍｇ／ｍｌ，Ｃｎ为５０．０ｍｇ／ｍｌ；黄精ＭＩＣ为：Ｔｒ、Ｅｆ、Ｔｇ和ＳＳ为５０．０ｍｇ／ｍｌ；虎仗的ＭＩＣ为：Ｅｆ１２．５ｍｇ／ｍｌ，Ｔｇ和Ｔｒ为２５．０ｍｇ／ｍｌ；大黄为ＭＩＣ为：Ｔｒ５０．０ｍｇ／ｍｌ。

| Abstract: | The antifungai effect of four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were studied invitro. The results showed that:MIC(minimal inhibitory concentration)of Scutellaria baicalensisGeorgi for T. rubrum(T. r)and E.floccosum(E. f)was 6.25 mg/ml,T. gypseum(T.g)12.5mg/ml,S.schenckii(S.s) 25 mg/ml,C. neoformana(C. n)50 mg/ml;MIC of PolygonatumSibiricum Redoutc for T. r,E. f,T. g and S.s was 50 mg/ml;MIC of Polygonum CuspidatumSieb.et zuce for E. f,12.5mg/ml,T. g and T. r,25 mg/ml;MIC of Dahuang for T. r was 50mg/ml. |
