| 摘 要： | 对ITO电极在光学与电学领域的应用做了说明,简要介绍了ITO电极的几种合成方法。以ITO国内外前沿领域热门的为基础,对于ITO电学性能和光学性能的研究。报道了ITO近5年的研究进展,对今后ITO相关研究拓宽思路。

| Abstract: | Application of ITO electrode in optical and electrical fields was described. Several synthesis methods of ITO electrode were briefly introduced, and the researches on ITO electrical and optical properties were discussed based on the novel investigation. The research progress in ITO in the recent 5 years was summarized. |
