| 摘 要： | 地震的发生会直接导致人员伤亡和巨大的财产损失，地震发生后快速的应急反应，对于最大限度减低人员伤亡，组织强有力的有效救援行动有着重要的意义，是地震灾害防范工作的重要内容。本文基于实际角度，应用gIS构建地震应急决策系统，提升地震防范工作质量。

| Abstract: | Earthquakes will directly result in casualties and huge property losses. Quick response after the earthquake emergency can be helpful to reduce casualties to the maximum limit. It is meaningful to organize a strong and effective rescue, which is also an important content in earthquake disaster prevention work. From a practical standpoint, the construction of earthquake emergency decision system is established by gIS in this paper, which has improved the quality of earthquake preparedness. |
