互相位调制及受激拉曼散射对DWDM系统性能的影响

摘    要:从一个新角度巧妙运用迭加原理和分步傅立叶方法对DWDM系统所受互相位调制及受激拉曼散射的影响进行了详细的求解、分析。结果表明:强互相位调制使信号脉冲分裂,受激拉曼散射总是把短波能量转移到长波信号,二者都严重损害系统性能;发现了系统存在最佳信道数。最后就改善系统性能进行了讨论。

Abstract:This paper analyzes in detail the influence of cross-phase modula t ion and stimulated Raman scattering on performance of dense wavelength division multiplexed systems by using the superposition theorem and split-step Fouri-er method from a new view in a creative skillful way. The results show that strong cross-phase modulation causes signal pulses broken up, and stimulated Raman sca ttering always transfers the energy from short wavelength to long wave-length, t hey degrade badly the performance of system. It is most important that we have f ound the system exists an opti-mal number of channels. In the end, we discuss ho w to improve the performance of system.
