复方黄芪月见草油对小鼠耐缺氧能力及免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨复方黄芪月见草油制剂(CAP)对实验性小鼠耐缺氧能力及胸腺和脾脏指数的影响.方法]采用常压致缺氧的方法制备小鼠缺氧模型,观察CAP对其密闭缺氧存活时间的影响,测定血液中血红蛋白含量及胸腺和脾脏指数.结果]CAP可显著延长小鼠的密闭缺氧存活时间,明显提高血红蛋白含量及胸腺和脾脏指数.结论]CAP对小鼠具有抗耐缺氧及提高免疫功能的作用.

Abstract:OBJECTIVETo study the effects of the compound Astragalus membranaceus Evening primrose oil(CAP) for the hypoxia tolerance, thymus and spleen index in mice.METHODSThe effect of CAP on (survival) time of mice with exposed to hypoxia was observed, the Hb content, thymus and spleen index with (normal) (hypoxia) tolerance were measured in mice.RESULTSCAP could significantly extent the survival time of the mice with exposed to hypoxia, increace the Hb content, thymus and spleen index.CONCLUSIONCAP has (hypoxia) tolerance actions and could increase systemic immune function.
