长春花碱酰胺联合化疗治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤35例临床观察

目的：观察长春花碱酰胺（VDS）组成的联合方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）的疗效及毒副反应。方法：35例NHL用以下方案化疗：CTX500mg/m2，iv,第1、8天；ADM30～40mg/m2，iv,第1天；VDS2．5～3mgm2，iv，第1、8天；PDN100mg日，po，第1至5天，21～28天为1周期。全部病例用药均在2周期以上。结果：全组35例，CR9例，PR22例，总有效率88．6％。主要毒副反应有骨髓抑制、恶心、呕吐、脱发等。

Clinical Observation on Vindensine- Based Combination Chemotherapy in Patients with Non- Hodgkin's Lymphoma

This study is to investigeate the efficacy and toxicity of Vindesine-based combination chemotherapy of Non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma. Methods: 35 patients with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were given CTX anmg/m2 iv,on day l,8;Vindensine 2.5 ~ 3 mg/m2 iv,on day l,8;ADM 30 ~ 40 mg/m2 iv,on dayl;PDN 100mgpo,on day1 to day5.21 to 28 days was cycle.All patients finished above two cycles.Results:All 35 patientswere evaluable for response and toxicity.Response rate was 88.6% including 9 of complete response and 22 ofpartial response. Main toxicity were myelosuppression, nauaea, vomiting and alepcia.
