| 摘 要： | 目的了解农村留守初中生心理健康现状,探讨影响留守初中生心理健康的主要因素。方法选取鹰潭市2所中学的775名学生作为研究对象,其中留守学生435名,曾留守学生111名,非留守学生229名;对其采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)和自编的《留守初中生家庭情况调查表》进行调查。结果留守初中生心理卫生问题检出率为24.1%,曾留守初中生为15.3%,非留守初中生为12.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.069,P=0.000);虚拟自变量回归分析发现,影响留守初中生心理健康的因素主要包括"父母的关心程度"、"与监护人的思想沟通"、"监护人对你的教育问题"、"性别"和"父母在外打工地域",这5个因素可解释总变异量的51.1%。结论应关注留守初中生的心理健康状况,采取有针对性地干预措施,以提高他们的心理健康水平。
