摘    要:研究了Al2O3添加量对Y-TZP陶瓷烧结及力学性能的影响,结果表明,微量Al2O3可固溶于ZrO2中而提高材料致密度,使Y-TZP的强度、耐磨性等力学性能也同时得到提高,过量Al2O3处ZrO2晶界上阻碍致密化,20wt%Al2O3,1550℃,4h未能烧结,使各项力学性能明显下降。

Abstract:The effects of Al 2O 3 content on the sinterability and mechanical properties of Y-TZP ceramics were studied. The results showed that 0.5wt% Al 2O 3 addition raised the density of Y-TZP materials because small amount of Al 2O 3 was soluble in the Y-TZP.At the same time,the bending strength,fracture toughness,Vicker's hardness,Young's modulus and abrasion resistance of the Y-TZP were raised.But excessive amount of Al 2O 3 was located at the boundary of ZrO 2 grains and hindered the densification of the Y-TZP under the same sintering condition.When 20wt% amount of Al 2O 3 was added,the relative density of the sintered body only reached 92.4%. As a result,mechanical properties mentioned above decreased obviously.
