| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨食管鳞状细胞癌组织中survivin和PTEN基因蛋白表达与食管鳞状细胞癌生物学行为的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法，检测65例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中survivin和PTEN蛋白表达水平。结果：在食管鳞状细胞癌中survivin和PTEN表达阳性率分别为61．5％（40／65）和58．5％（38／65）。survivin和PTEN表达均与肿瘤分化、浸润、淋巴结转移和预后相关（P〈0．05）。结论：survivin和PTEN异常表达与食管鳞状细胞癌的病理生物学行为密切相关，可作为是预测食管鳞状细胞癌转移潜能和评估食管鳞状细胞癌患者预后的客观指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the association of survivin expression with PTEN in esophageal squamous carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of survivin and PTEN in 65 specimens of esophageal squamous carcinoma. Results The positive rate of survivin and PTEN was 61.5%(40/65)and 58.5% (38/65) respectively. The expression of survivin and PTEN was correlated with tumor grading, infiltration, lymph nodes metastasis and prognosis. Conclusion The abnormal expression of survivin and PTEN was associated with the pathobiological biology behavior of esophageal squamous carcinoma, especially with the metastatic potential of the tumor and bad prognosis of patients. |
