| 摘 要： | 针对沙市钢管厂现有螺旋焊管机组无拆卷、无板头板尾剪切装置的现状，介绍了新研制的拆卷及剪焊装置。对拆卷机、三辊矫直机、剪切对焊机的工作原理、特点和性能指标作了阐述。指出在旧机组上改造的设备完全能够满足厚壁、高强度钢管的生产。

| Abstract: | Regarding to the situation that there is no uncoi ling and end shearing equipment in Spiral welded pipe production line of Shashi Steel Pipe Mill, the new researched uncoiling and shear welding equipment are in troduced, and the working principle, characteristic and properties index of un-c oiler, three roll straightening machine and shear welding machine. The reformed equipment can fully meet the requirement of thick wall and high strength steel p ipe production. |
