竹纤维/低熔点涤纶复合毡的性能研究

摘    要:采用物理方法将竹纤维与双组份低熔点涤纶按一定比例混合,经过开松、梳理、铺网等工序制备出多层纤维网,利用热风烘压方法将多层纤维网制成毡基材料。利用扫描电镜观察并表征了竹纤维和复合毡的形态;测试分析了竹纤维的结晶度、官能团结构、纤维直径及其分布、拉伸断裂强力性能;对双组份低熔点涤纶的长度与熔点进行了表征分析;对竹纤维/双组份低熔点涤纶复合毡的拉伸断裂强力性能、透气性与传热性能进行了分析评价。结果表明,纤维复合毡的性能与竹纤维的含量相关,断裂强力与传热性能及竹纤维含量呈正相关,透气性随着竹纤维含量的增加先变大后变小。

Abstract:Bamboo fiber and two-component low-melting-point polyester were blended in a certain ratio by physical method,a multilayer fiber web was prepared by opening,carding,and lapping,and the multilayer fiber web was made into felt base material with hot air drying and pressing method.The morphology of bamboo fiber and that of composite felt were observed and characterized under scanning electron microscope.The crystallinity,functional group structure,fiber diameter and distribution,and tensile breaking strength of bamboo fiber were tested and analyzed.The length of two-component low-melting-point polyester was measured,and its melting point was characterized and analyzed.The tensile fracture strength,air permeability and heat transfer performance of bamboo fiber/two-component low-melting-point polyester composite felt were analyzed and evaluated.The experimental results show that the performance of fiber composite felt is related to the content of bamboo fiber,and the breaking strength is positively related to heat transfer performance and the content of bamboo fiber.The air permeability increases first and then decreases as the content of bamboo fiber increases.
