摘    要:中药生产企业规模小,数量多,布局混乱,其生产的废水特性为水量小、COD浓度高、色度高,且废水中含有有毒物质,不经处理直接排放,将严重的影响周围的自然环境,流域将受到严重的污染。因此需寻找一种中药废水处理工艺,即能够达标排放又能够节省投资、占地及运行成本的方法。根据多年的污水处理经验,介绍了一种节能环保的处理工艺技术:物化+高级氧化+A/O法处理中药生产废水,本方法处理后废水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准,以供中药生产企业参考。

Abstract:As Chinese medicine production enterprise was small scale, large number and cluttered layout, its production waste water's property was small amount, high COD concentration, high chromaticity, containing poi- sonous substance. If it directly dischargod without treat, the around natural environment would be influenced and watershed would be polluted seriously. So that, a treating process for Chinese medicine production waste water should be sought, which could discharge standardized and save investment, area covered and operating cost. Based on waste water treating experience for many years, a treating technologic process with energy conservation and envi- ronment protection was introduced: physieoehemical + advanced oxidation + A/O method treating Chinese medi- cine production waste water. The treated waste water could reach primary grade of 〈 sewage effluent discharge standards 〉 (GB8978 -1996), which could be referenced by Chinese medicine production enterprise.
