摘    要:利用密度-厚度联合补偿和厚度加权的办法,实现了适于传输皮带上应用的不连续、不规则动态物料的中子测水系统的在线测量。结果表明,当料厚〉2cm和水分〉6%时,其测量精度〈2.5%。该精度已经满足许多应用部门的要求。目前,该系统已在金川公司试运行3个月,其结果与烘干法的结果吻合较好。

Abstract:A method of density-thickness joint compensation was developed to make the on-line measurement of moisture for moving irregular mineral materials. At the same take, the materials' thickness, as a weighted factor, was chosen to modify the prompt moisture in a fixed time and improve the accuracy of measuring moisture. The result is in accord with the data of Reference 5]. The experimental data show that the measurement accuracy is better than 5% for a thickness of >2cm and a moisture of >6%. The system has been running on the spot for about three months, with a result accorded with that by the stoving-weighing method.
