| 摘 要： | 高等学校共青团员思想教育工作明确了素质教育的目标,实现了人才规格的新定位;强化了教育制度的建构,优化了思想教育的新规则：改进了传统教育的模式,开展了方式方法的新探索,在目标定位、制度建构以及方式方法等方面均取得较显著的成效。但同时也面临着思想认识不够,工作缺乏力度;方法陈旧,目光短浅;缺乏创新,勇气不足;形式单一,服务不够;基础设施薄弱,活动难以开展等一些难题,严重制约了新时期高等学校共青团员思想教育工作进一步发展和创新。新形势下,提升高等学校团员青年思想教育实效性应该搞好先进性教育,坚持以把握规律性为基本前提;开展持续性探索,做到以体现时代性为工作基础;建构长效性机制,力求以富于创造性为动力源泉。
