氧化镁对高血压病人血压,胰岛素抗性及脂质代谢的影响

摘    要:目的 观察氧化镁对高血压病人血压、胰岛素抗性及脂质代谢的影响。方法 60例原发性高血压病人随机分为两组,两组病人服用同剂量的钙拮抗剂硝苯地平缓释片降血压,治疗组加服氧化镁粉;对照组不服氧化镁。观察3个月。实验前1d及实验结束之次日分别测血压、抽空腹血查血清葡萄糖(SG)、血浆胰岛素(INS)、血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及高密度脂蛋白(HDL),计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。观察实验前后各指标的变化。结果 ①治疗组实验后收缩压(SBP),舒张压(DBP),INS,TG及TC降低,与实验前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,0.01);ISI及HDL升高,与实验前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);SG治疗前后无显著变化(P>0.05)。②对照组实验后SBP,DBP降低,与实验前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);INS,SG,TG,TC,HDL及ISI治疗前后无显著差别(P>0.05)。③与对照组比较,治疗组实验后SBP及DBP降低明显(P<0.05);INS,TG,及TC降低(P<0.01,0.05);ISI及HDL升高(P<0.01);结论 氧化镁可降低高血压病人的血压、提高其胰岛素敏感性、降低其血清T

Abstract:Objective To assess the effect of Magnesium Oxide (MgO) on blood pressure,insulin resistanceand lipid metabolism in essential hypertensive patients.Method Sixty patients with essential hypertension were randomized into two groups(n=30).Both groups were given the same dose of sustained released Nifedipine,produced by Huanghai pharmoceutical company,Qingdao,China,as basic blood lowering therapy and followed up for three months.One group was given MgO(treatment group) while the other not(control group).Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),serum glucose(SG),plasma insulin( INS) ,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride( TG)and high density lipoprotein(HDL) were taken and insulin sensitivity index( ISI)was calculated one day before and after the observation.Result SBP and DBP in both groups were decreased (P<0.01) and decreased more in treatment group(P<0.05,0.01).After the observation,INS,TG and TC were reduced(P<0.01,0.01,0.05) in treatment group but not in control group(P>0.05).Compared with control group,treatment group had higher ISI and HDL(P<0.01).Conclusion This study has shown that MgO might lower blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension and attenuated their IR and corrected their dyslipidemia.
