乙酸对甲苯酚酯的合成工艺研究

摘    要:以乙酰氯和对甲苯酚为原料合成了乙酸对甲苯酚酯,考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比等对合成反应的影响,确定了乙酸对甲苯酚酯的最佳合成工艺条件:反应温度40℃,反应时间7h,n(对甲苯酚):n(乙酰氯)=1:1.5;乙酸对甲苯酚酯的收率可达94.95%,产品纯度达98.5%以上。

Abstract:p- Cresyl acetate was synthesized with acetyl chloride and p -cresol as materials. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and material ratio on the synthesis were studied. The optimum synthesis condition was determined as follows: reaction temperature was 40 ℃, reaction time was 7 h, n(p -cresol): n(acetyl chloride) was 1: 1.5. The yield ofp -cresyl acetate was up to 94.95%. The purity of the product was over 98.5%.
