| 摘 要： | 根据采煤机截割理论,建立了滚筒截割比能耗与滚筒运动参数(滚筒转速、牵引速度)间关系的数学模型;同时,以畸变1式截齿排列的切屑图为基础,建立了块煤率与滚筒运动参数关系的数学模型.并以截割比能耗和块煤率的模型为基础,研究了滚筒运动参数的变化对截割比能耗和块煤率的影响,分析了不同形式的截齿排列与滚筒截割比能的关系.研究结果表明,采用畸变1式或畸变2式的截齿排列形式的滚筒,其截割比能耗最小;同时,截割比能耗和块煤率与滚筒转速成反比,与牵引速度成正比.
