| 摘 要： | 介绍了一岩溶区多数桩基发生不均匀沉降的7层底框砖混结构房屋处理的实例。首先根据地质条件分析了该建筑发生岩溶顶板塌陷的可能性,然后根据基桩施工过程和质检情况分析了基桩施工质量,进而阐明了对该建筑发生不均匀沉降的原因。在此基础上,分析了该建筑基础加固处理的难点,提出了采用钢管桩进行地基基础加固,通过一定的检测和监测验证了工程效果。最后总结了该工程的教训供参考。
