教育性:学校管理的始点与旨归

摘    要:管理的出发点最终决定了管理行为的归宿.最佳的学校管理就是最大程度地体现和发挥学校组织的教育性,唯有如此,才能最大可能地促进学生的全面发展.不以教育为出发点、不以学生发展为旨归的学校管理必然会削弱学校教育的力量.因此,学校管理必须蕴含教育的精神和信念.

Abstract:The teacher's moral philosophy is one kind of individual philosophy which is characterized by the coexistence of rationality and experience, and concomitance of self-consciousness and custom. It is inevitable on logic and reality that the teacher's moral philosophy is taken as the basic essential factor of hidden moral curriculum. The teacher's moral philosophy could make a deep effect on moral development of students, because, in students' eye, it gives better teaching on morality than normal class. So teacher's moral philosophy plays an important role in getting the goal of moral education, which can't be substituted by other measures, but it also has the certain limitation as the moral hidden curriculum
