| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重度烧伤患者早期肠内营养的应用效果及护理方法。方法:将30例重度烧伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各15例,观察组给予早期肠内营养,对照组给予肠外营养支持。分别于伤后第3天、第9天观察比较两组血生化指标和免疫功能变化。结果:观察组伤后第9天前白蛋白、转铁蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05);IgG、lgA、CD4+细胞及NK细胞高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠内营养支持可明显改善重度烧伤患者生化指标和免疫状态,值得临床推广应用。
