摘    要:目的:建立中成药与保健食品中非法添加20种降糖类化学成分的快速测定方法。方法:采用液相色谱.串联质谱法(LC—MS/MS),以Sunfire^TM C18(100mm×2.1mm,5.0μm)为分析柱,流动相采用乙腈.1%甲酸(75:25),电喷雾电离(ESI)、多反应监测(MRM)扫描方式,对中成药、保健食品中非法添加的20种化学成分进行快速定性定量分析。结果:建立了快速分离检测中成药、保健食品中20种非法添加成分的测定方法,检测限低于20ng。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高,适用于降糖类中成药、保健品中非法添加成分的定性定量分析。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass chromatography (LC-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous screening 20 anti-diabetic chemical components in health care food and Chinese traditional patent medicine. Method: This method involved liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,with SunfireTM Cms cotumn ( 100 mm ×2. 1 mm,5.0 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0. 1% formic and acetonitrile (25:75). The target compounds were analyzed with LC-MS/MS-ESI. Multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) was used to screen 20 chemical components in health care food and Chinese traditional patent medicine. Result: A fast and sensitive liquid chromatography mass spectrometric (LC/MS) method for the simultaneous screening of 20 chemical components was described. The detection lowest limit of these substances was below 20 ng. Conclusion: The method is sufficiently selective and sensitive to detect chemical components in health care food and Chinese traditional patent medicine.
