干煤粉气化技术在500kt/a合成氨项目的应用总结

贵州开阳化工有限公司500 kt/a合成氨项目的煤气化装置采用干煤粉气化技术,气化室引进原德国科林公司的粉煤气化技术燃烧室并进行创新,激冷室及粗合成气初步净化和渣水处理采用已在多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化装置上应用成熟的相关配套技术。介绍了该煤气化装置的工艺流程及运行情况,目前气化装置的生产已稳定、达产。

Application Summary of Dry Pulverized Coal Gasification Technology in 500 kt/a Ammonia Project

Dry pulverized coal gasification technology is adopted by coal gasification plant of 500 kt/a ammonia project of Guizhou Kaiyang Chemical Company Ltd. Combustion chamber of pulverized coal gasification technology owned by CHOREN Industrietechnik GmbH is innovated and adopted by the gasification chamber. Mature related technology, which has been employed by opposed multi-burner coal water slurry gasification plant, is introduced to quenching chamber, crude synthesis gas primary purification and slag water treatment. This paper introduces the process flow and running situation of the coal gasification plant. At present, the production of the coal gasification plant is stable and has reached the design capacity.
