摘    要:目的:提高专职陪护人员的服务质量,完善专职陪护队伍的管理,了解专职陪护人员在陪护住院患者期间的情况。方法:以无记名问卷的形式调查90名医院专职陪护人员,男4 0名、女5 0名,在陪护患者期间的心理需要和对知识需求的情况。结果:医院专职陪护人员上岗时存在一定的心理压力,特别是女陪护工,需要学习的内容主要为自我保护知识和相关的护理法律知识。结论:管理者应随时给予心理支持,及时给予技术指导,需提高陪护队伍的整体素质,规范专职陪护队伍管理。

Abstract:Objective Our aims are to improve the quality of service offered by nursing people, to consummate the management of full time nursing group and to understand the status of nursing people during the period of accompanying the patients in hospital.Methods Query 90 full time nursing persons (with 40 male and 50 female) working in the hospital in the form of anonymous questionnaire. We query their psychological needs and their professional knowledge requirement at the time they nursing the patients in the hospital.Results Actually there are some psychological pressure on the nursing people when they working in the hospital, especially on female group. The nursing people should primarily learn how to protect themselves and learn the corresponding nursing law.Conclusions The managers should provide the nursing people the psychological support at any moment,offer them the technical guide in time, improve the total diathesis of the whole nursing people and standardize the management of the full time nursing group.
