| 摘 要： | 以香果脂为基质,4％吐温80为表面活性剂,按熔融法制成的盐酸黄连素栓剂,用分光光度法测定其在家兔体内的血药浓度、生物利用度、结果表明,为盐酸黄连素片剂的3倍多,可用于全身感染的治疗。

| Abstract: | The blood concentration and avallbility of berberine hydrochloride were determined with spoctrophotometry in the rabbits,treated with berberine hydrochloride suppository,which was based on butter, 4 % tween 80 surfactants,and made by means of melting. The result showed that the blood concentration and availability of berberine hydrochloride in the group treat with suppository were above three times as high as those in the group treated with tablcts.It is suggested that berberine hydrochloride suppository might be used to freal general infection |
