宝安区流动儿童计划免疫实施情况调查分析

摘    要:目的了解流动儿童计划免疫实施情况,为完善我国尤其是深圳庞大流动儿童群体的计划免疫相关工作提供依据。方法采用系统抽样和简单随机抽样的方法在深圳市宝安区分别抽取部分0—6周岁的流动儿童和户籍儿童,对他们的计划免疫实施情况进行问卷调查。结果流动儿童建卡、建证率分别为99.55%和100%,户籍儿童建卡、建证率均为100%;流动儿童基础及加强免疫单苗接种率为84.17%.99.76%;流动儿童“六苗”全程接种率为88.43%,低于户籍儿童的96.84%,差异有统计学意义(x2=6.315,P=0.012)。结论宝安区流动儿童的建卡/证率较高;基础免疫和加强免疫接种率低于户籍儿童。但单苗接种率也保持在80%以上。

Investigation of status of the planed immunization in migrant children in Baoan district

Abstract:Objective To study the situation of the planed immunization in migrant children in Baoan district so as to provide evidence for the perfection of the planed immunization. Methods Part of migrant children and the children of permanent-resident aged 0-6 years in Baoan district, Shenzhen city were selected by stratified sampling method and simple random sampling method to investigate the status of the planed immunization. Results Totally 99.55% of the migrant children had immunization cards and 100% had immunization certificates, and 100% of the children of permanent-resident had immunization cards and immunization certificates. The inoculating rates of basic and strengthened immune vaccines in the migrant children were from 84.17% to 99.76%. The inoculating rates of Six Vaccines was 88.43% in the migrant children, lower than the 96.84% in the children of permanent-resident ( X 2=6-315, P=0.012 ) . Conclusions The rate of setting up immunization cards and immunization certificates are high in migrant children. Although the inoculating rates of basic and strengthened immune vaccines in the migrantchildren are lower than those of the children of permanent-resident, the inoculating rates of single immune vaccines are up to 80%.
