丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿司匹林预防脑梗死复发的临床疗效观察

目的观察丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿司匹林预防脑梗死复发的临床疗效。方法选取我院2009年1月至2010年1月期间收治的脑梗死病例76例，随机将其分为治疗组（使用丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿司匹林预防治疗）和对照组（单独使用阿司匹林预防治疗）各38例，两组均服用阿司匹林100mg，1次／日，治疗组在阿司匹林治疗基础上联合应用丁苯酞软胶囊0．2g，3次，日，治疗前及治疗1年后复查血小板聚集率血液流变学及血液流变学。随访1年，观察两组的治疗效果，并分析比较。结果治疗组中复发5例，复发率13．16％，对照组中复发8例，复发率21．05％，和对照组相比，治疗组治疗后血小板聚集率进一步降低，血液流变学改善，两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），治疗组比对照组效果好。结论采用丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿司匹林预防脑梗死复发的效果比单用阿司匹林的效果明显，治疗后血小板聚集率下降及血液流变学改善，随访患者复发少，预防效果好，值得临床推广使用。

Butyphthalide soft capsules in combination with aspirin for preventing stroke

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of butylphthalide soft capsules combined with aspirin for the prevention of ischemic stroke. Methods 76 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were randomly divided to two groups, 38 for Each group. Patients in both groups took aspirin 100 mg, once per day. Besides this, butylphthalide soft capsules were used in the treatment group, 0.2 g, 3 times per day. Before and after the one year＇ s treatment, hemorheology were used to assess the therapeutic effect. The platelet aggregation rate （PAR） were analysed in two groups after treatment. Results 5 （13.16%） recurred in treatment group and 8 （21.05%） in the control group, and the difference was significant. PAR was lower and hemorheology was better in the treatment group than in the control group. There was statistical difference in treatment effect between these 2 groups. Conclusions Butylphthalide soft capsules combined with aspirin for the prevention of stroke has better effect than aspirin only. After this treatment, PAR will be lower and hemorheology better, fewer patients recur. It has good prevention effect and is worth popularizing clinically.
