| 摘 要： | 目的探讨带锁髓内钉与加压钢板两种内固定方法治疗胫骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年7月至2007年4月期间收治的48例胫骨干骨折患者的临床资料,分为带锁髓内钉组和加压钢板组。比较两组患者术后骨性愈合率、Johner-Wruh功能评价结果及术后并发症率。结果术后随访7～45个月,平均19个月。两组患者骨性愈合率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者术后并发症率及Johner-Wruh功能评价结果间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折更符合力学原理,临床疗效优于加压钢板。
