| 摘 要： | 实验教学团队是实验技能的传授者,对提高实验教学质量和培养学生创新能力有重大的意义。文章以实验教学队伍素质建设为线索,制定了基础化学实验教学团队的建设思路和建设目标,分析了团队建设的重要性,探讨了团队建设的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | Experimental teaching team is initiator of the experiment skills,and have important significance to improve the quality of experiment teaching and cultivating innovative ability of students.Article have formulated thought and goal of the fundamental chemistry experimental teaching team construction with inner quality construction of the experimental teacher as clues,and have analyzed the necessity of team construction,and have probed the countermeasures and measures of team construction. |
