摘    要:为减小由光电探测器产生的荧光信号中噪声的干扰,在经典小波阈值去噪方法的基础上,提出一种新的阈值函数去噪算法。这种新的阈值函数具有较好的连续性和稳定性,能够保留原始信号的特征。采用Matlab对比不同阈值函数的去噪效果,结果表明新的算法兼顾了软、硬阈值的优点,又在一定程度上弥补了传统小波阈值去噪方法的缺陷,提高了荧光信号的信噪比,获得了更好的去噪效果。

Abstract:For purpose of reducing the noise interference in fluorescence signals incurred by the photoelectric detector, a new de-noising algorithm for the threshold function was proposed.The new threshold function has good continuity and stability and it can retain the characteristics of the original signals.Comparing de-noising effect of different threshold functions by Matlab simulation experiment shows that, this new algorithm gives consideration to soft and hard threshold advantages;and it makes up for their shortcomings to a certain extent and improves the signal to noise ratio of the fluorescence signals together with a better de-noising effect.
