高氯酸钾含量百分比对延期点火具延时精度的影响

摘    要:制式钨延期药高氯酸钾含量百分比为9%~11%,针对其无法满足18~21s长秒量延期点火具延期时间精度要求的问题,提出一种调整钨延期药中高氯酸钾含量百分比的方法。制备了高氯酸钾含量百分比为13%~15%的新型钨延期药,装填延期点火具,在常温下进行试验,试验结果满足延期点火具的延期时间精度要求。同时对新型钨延期药反应机理进行了理论分析,并通过试验验证了含13%~15%高氯酸钾的钨延期药可应用于最长延期时间22~25s(±1.5s)的延期点火具。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem that the standard tungsten type delay composition, which contains 9% to 11% potassium perchlorate(KClO4), can't meet the requirement of 18~21s delay time for some igniter, a method of adjusting the content of potassium perchlorate was proposed. The new delay composition containing 13%~15% potassium perchlorate was prepared and charged to delay igniter, and tested under ordinary temperature. The test results met with the needs of delay accuracy. Meanwhile, the reaction mechanism of new delay composition was analyzed, and the verification test indicated that the new delay composition containing 13%~15% potassium perchlorate can be applied to delay igniter with long delay time of 22~25s(±1.5s).
