摘    要:基于一种新型飞片激发装置的无起爆药雷管,通过实验研究了铝、钛、钢和铜4种飞片材料在不同加速膛直径和高度下对雷管爆轰性能的影响。研究结果表明:铝、钛、钢和铜飞片经不同高度加速膛加速后,具有不同的起爆能力;铝和钛飞片的起爆能力相近,钢和铜飞片的起爆能力接近;加速膛过长或过短、第2装药密度过高或过低都不利于雷管爆轰,而飞片直径的变化对飞片起爆能力影响不大。

Abstract:The influences of four kinds of flyer materials (i.e., aluminum, titanium, steel and copper) with different accelerating barrel diameters and heights on the detonation performance of detonator was studied, based on a new kind of flying plate detonator. The results show that different flyers have different initiating capability after accelerating in the accelerating barrel with different heights, the initiating capability of aluminum and titanium flyers is similar, that of the steel and copper is comparable. The length of the accelerating barrel and the density of the second charge in a certain range is to the advantage of detonation, while the diameters of different material flyers have no significant effect on the initiating capability of flyer.
