Bi2O3/HZSM-5催化丙烯二聚与芳构化

摘    要:采用连续微反装置研究了丙烯在Bi2O3/HZSM-5催化剂上的二聚与芳构化反应.在773K下,当Bi2O3负载量为3%时,获得了83.84%的BTX选择性.氢气氛下反应可抑制催化剂失活,但同时也抑制了芳构化反应.TPD结果表明Bi2O3的载入降低了总酸量,也降低了酸强,Bi2O3的作用很可能是提高了HZSM-5上氢的脱附能力

Abstract:The dimerzation and aromatization of propylene over Bi 2O 3/HZSM-5 catalyst was investigated in a flow-microreactor. The selectivity of 83.84% for BTX can be reached on the sample containing 3% Bi 2O 3 at 773K. The deactivity of catalyst is inhibited in H 2 atmosphere ,but the selectivity of BTX is also be suppressed under this condition.The results of TPD showed that the introduction of Bi 2O 3 decreases total number of acidic sites as well as acidic strength. The function of Bi 2O 3 loaded on HZSM-5 zeolite might be improving the desorption of H 2.
