| 摘 要： | 党员领导干部是党的事业的骨干和中坚,加强党员领导干部保持共产党先进性教育,是党的执政能力建设的重要组成部分,是提高党的执政能力、巩固执政基础,完成执政使命的重要措施。文章对新时期如何保持党员领导干部的先进性提出了可借鉴的八条措施。
