超声技术抑制藻类生长的研究

摘    要:以超声技术为基础,讨论了低强度超声(×106数量级)对藻细胞产生抑制作用的机理,提出5分钟/次的处理剂量,每4-5天处理一次的处理频次是最优经济效益的处理参数.指出低强度超声抑藻过程中破坏了藻胆体的结构功能,干扰了叶绿素的合成途径,从而有效控制了生物量的增长.

Abstract:Our research which is based on the ultrasound technology discusses the mechanism concerning about the inhibition to the cyanobacteria caused by the low-intensity ultrasound.It suggests that treat for 5 min every 4~5 days is the best way under the condition.It points out that the low-intersity ultrasound destroys the structure of the PBS and interferes the composing of cholophy in solving water-bloom.As a result increasing of bimass was controlled.
