瓦斯抽放钻机动力头传动系统的多目标优化设计研究

摘    要:建立了钻机动力头齿轮系的多目标优化设计数学模型。分别以齿轮系最后一级齿间最小油膜厚度最大、齿轮传动体积和最小为分目标,采用目标规划法建立统一目标函数,取齿轮的模数、齿宽和齿数为设计变量,且等效转动惯量最小原则下的传动比为约束条件,运用MATLAB进行遗传算法优化计算。结果表明,该方法简便有效。

Abstract:The mathematical model of the transmission gear for the driving head of gas drainage drilling rig is established by the multi-objective optimal design.
