摘    要:提出了基于网格的敏捷工艺准备的思想,同时给出了系统六层体系结构。讨论了实施基于网格的敏捷工艺准备系统的关键技术:平台体系结构的建立、工艺信息的提取与共享、网格工作流技术以及任务管理,并给出了相关解决方案。为协助企业快速重组生产、提高其快速反应能力及推进工业的信息化进程奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:The concept of grid-based agile process preparation is proposed as well as its six-layer architecture.Key technologies with respect to implementation of grid-based agile process preparation system are discussed:establishment of grid platform architecture,abstraction and sharing of process information,grid workflow technology and job management.Also corresponding solutions are given.The research establishes good groundwork for helping lean-agile-flexible production,improving response,advancing the information progress of industry.
