动力学水合物抑制剂GHI-1的研制及性能评价

摘    要:随着近年来国内外大量高含硫酸性气田的不断开发,天然气水合物的形成与堵塞防治问题引起了科研生产工作者的极大关注。甲醇、乙二醇等传统热力学抑制剂有毒、药剂用量大,会产生大量酸性污水难于处理,不能完全满足防止高含硫酸性天然气水合物形成的需要。本文介绍了新型动力学水合物抑制剂GHI—1的制备、性能评价方法及对含硫酸性天然气水合物形成抑制的性能评价结果。评价结果表明,动力学抑制剂GHI-1对于防止高含硫化氢酸性气体的甲烷天然气Ⅰ型结构水合物的形成具有较好的抑制效果。对于H2S含量为0.82%、CO2含量为2.43%的低合硫甲烷天然气,在8.0MPa、5℃(过冷度为8.2℃)的条件下,加注5%的动力学抑制剂GHI—1,可使水合物形成时间延长至3h以上,其药剂加量相当于乙二醇加量的1/4。对于H2S含量为7.92%、CO2含量为1.61%的高含硫甲烷天然气,在8.0MPa、10℃(过冷度为9.85℃)的条件下,加注10%的动力学抑制剂GHI-1,可使水合物形成时间延长至3h以上,其药剂加量相当于甲醇加量的1/2和乙二醇加量的1/3。

Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Hydrate Kinetic Inhibitor GHI-1
Abstract:With a large number of developing sour natural gas fields at home and abroad in recent years, many researchers take extra attention to prevent hydrate plugging problems. The traditional thermodynamic inhibitors have been used to prevent hydrate forming during oil & gas production and gathering and transportation, such as methanol and ethylene glycol, etc. but this kind of inhibitors has some disadvantages, which can not meet the needs of production and operation in sour natural gas fields. The preparation process and performance evaluation results of the new hydrate kinetic inhibitors GHI-1 were introduced in this paper. The evaluation test results showed that hydrate kinetic inhibitors GHI - 1 can effectively prevent the forming of methane hydrates of structure I in the natural gas with high H_2S contents. For the natural gas containing 0. 82% H_2S and 2.43% CO_2, 5% GHI-1 inhibitors can delay the hydrate formation time to exceed 3 hours at 8. 0 MPa,5℃ (sub-cooling:8. 2℃), corresponding with 1/4 dosages of ethylene glycol at the same conditions. For natural gas containing7.92% H_2S and 1.61% CO_2, 10% GHI-1 inhibitors can delay hydrate formation time to exceed 3 hours at the 8. 0 MPa, 10℃ (subcooling: 9. 85℃), corresponding with 1/2 dosages of methanol or 1/3 dosages of ethylene glycol at the same conditions.
