B超监视引导在人工流产中的应用(附710例临床分析)

目的:评价应用B超监视、引导人工流产术在预防其并发症方面是否明显优于传统人工流产术。材料与方法:观察了710例妊娠妇女应用B超监视、引导人流术后并发症的发生情况,并与692例应用传统人流术者进行了比较。结果:B超监导人流术对预防并发症如综合反应,宫腔残留物,以及漏吸等,明显优于传统人流术,P<0.05,而且未发生1例子宫穿孔。结论:B超监导在人流术中的应用,直接增强了术者的直视能力,该方法简便、适用,且能有效预防人流术并发症的发生。

Application of B Model Ultrasound Surveillance and Guidance for Artificial Abortion: Clinic Analyses of 710 Cases.

Purpose: To evaluate whether application of B model ultrasound surveillane and guidance for artificial abortion would significandy superior to traditional artificial abortion in preventing complication. Materials and Methods: Incidence of complications in 710 women with pergnancy using B model ultrasound surveillance and guidance for artificial abortion was observed and compared with that of 692 women with pergnancy using traditional artificial abortion. Trans - inferior abdominal sonography was performed with a 3.5 MHz probe using the full bladder technique. Results: Incidence of complication such as complex reaction, remainder in cavity of uterus,and leakage-aspiration etc in B model ultrasound surveillance and guidance for artificial abortion were significantly less than that in traditional artificial abortion,p< 0.05,and there was no one case of uterine perforation . Conclusions: Application of B model Ultrasound for the surveillance and the guidance of artificial abortion is helpful to enhance the direct visible ability of operator.This method is simple, applied, and can effectively prevent the complications in artificial abortoon.
