| Abstract: | It is the first time that the coke inhibitor is in commercial use in coils of ethylene furnace at home. The coke inhibitor is developed and applied by Shanghai Petrochemical Company Ltd. and East China University of Science and Technology. The paper introduces the development and industrial application of the coke inhibitor, and the basic principles about how to use the inhibitor. |
