| 摘 要： | 介绍了质量控制图的原理、结构及判异准则,指出质量控制图是对生产过程中产品质量状况进行实时控制的统计工具,是质量控制中最重要的统计方法。详细介绍了质量控制图在PVC中间产品生产过程中的应用,通过建立生产过程质量控制图,对生产过程进行评估、监控,从而判断生产过程是否处于统计控制状态。

| Abstract: | The principle,structure and criterion of quality control chart were introduced.It was pointed out that quality control chart was a statistical tool for real-time control of product quality in production process,and also was the most important statistical method for quality control.The application of quality control chart to the production process of PVC intermediate products were introduced in detail.The production process was evaluated and monitored according to the chart,so as to judge whether the process was in a statistical control state. |
