摘    要:离子迁移谱检测技术是现场检测毒害气体的重要方法,具有快速响应、灵敏度高等优点,通常主要用于气体的检测,随着样品处理技术的不断发展,离子迁移谱技术也拓展于现场包括水相、土壤等多种样品基质的快速分析。固相微萃取是已经广泛应用的分析样品前处理技术,具有无溶剂提取、快速、简便等特点。本文介绍了当前固相微萃取与离子迁移等检测器结合使用技术的特点,分析了新的样品解析方法,介绍了固相微萃取-离子迁移谱结合使用在检测领域的应用进展。

Abstract:Ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) plays important role in on-site detection. IMS has many advantages such as rapid respondence and high sensitivity. IMS is widely used in gas phase detection. In fact, IMS also may suitable for environmental analysis and detection such as soil matrices and aqueous matrices by field sample pretreatment. Solidphase microextraction(SPME) is a sampling technique widely used, which integrates solvent free extraction, concentration, desorption and injection into one step for sample preparation. New sample desorption method is discussed in this paper. The Characteristic and development of SPME-IMS are reported in this paper.
