不同红蓝光组合LED灯处理对鳄嘴花生物量和营养成分的影响

摘    要:为研究不同红蓝光质组合LED灯对鳄嘴花生长的影响,采用以发光二极管(LED)精量调制光质红光、蓝光和不同比例红蓝光组合(红光∶蓝光=5∶5、红光∶蓝光=6∶4、红光∶蓝光=7∶3、红光∶蓝光=8∶2)6个处理组,以白光(普通日光灯)为对照组,光照12 h/d的研究方法,各试验均以45 d为一个周期,研究了红蓝光质不同配比对鳄嘴花的生物量和营养成分的影响。结果表明:不同光质组合对植物影响存在差异,但不同红蓝光LED灯组合配比对叶鲜重无影响;其中,红光∶蓝光=5∶5组能显著提高株高、地上和地下生物量,红光∶蓝光=7∶3组能有效提高鳄嘴花叶片中叶绿素含量,并且不利于抗坏血酸的积累;红光能有效增加鳄嘴花叶片中总黄酮和总膳食纤维的含量,同时降低了粗蛋白的含量;不同红蓝光LED灯配比对鳄嘴花叶片中的Fe、Zn、Ca、Mg和抗坏血酸含量不起促进效果。总的来说,不同红蓝光质组合LED灯不仅对黎药鳄嘴花的生长发育产生显著的影响,而且对营养成分含量具有一定的促进作用。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of different red and blue light quality combination LED lights on the growth of Clinacanthus nutans,light emitting diodes(LEDs)were used to precisely modulate the light quality(red light,blue light and different ratios of red and blue light:red light:blue light=5:5,red light:blue light=6:4,red light:blue light=7:3,red light:blue light=8:2)as the treatment group,and white light(ordinary fluorescent lamp)was used as the control group.The method of light exposure for 12 h/d,each experiment took 45 days as a cycle were used to study the effects of different ratios of red and blue light quality on the biomass and nutritional content of C.nutans.There were differences in the effects of different light quality combinations on plants,but the combination of different red and blue light LED lights had no effect on the weight of fresh leaves.The red light:blue light=5:5 group could significantly increase plant height,aboveground and underground biomass,and the red light:blue light=7:3 group could improve chlorophyll content in the leaves and was not conducive to the accumulation of ascorbic acid.Red light could effectively increase the content of flavones and total dietary fiber in the leaves,while reduce the content of crude protein.Different red and blue light LED lights used to compare Fe,Zn,Ca,Mg and ascorbic acid contents did not promote the effect.The results of the study would not only provide a theoretical basis for the study of the growth and development of C.nutans,but also provide a theoretical basis for in-depth research on improving the nutrition of C.nutans.In short,the combination of different red and blue light quality LED lights can not only have a significant impact on the growth and development of C.nutans,but also have a certain effect on improving nutritional content.
