电力光纤通信网运行风险量化评估

摘    要:电力光纤通信网安全可靠运行的要求越来越高,研究光纤通信网风险评估是非常必要的。文章提出了电力光纤通信网运行风险的评估量化模型,从年度风险评估和基于问题的风险评估2条途径,对通信网发生风险时受影响的电网业务进行综合分析,量化计算通信网运行风险值,确定风险等级。并以实际电力光纤通信网为例对模型进行了验证,结果表明该模型对于电力通信网运行风险值计算具有一定的可操作性。

Abstract:With the increasing safe and reliable operation requirements of power optical fiber communication network, it is very necessary to study its risk evaluation. This paper proposes a qualification evaluation model for the power optical fiber communication network, which comprehensively analyzes the effected grid businesses as the risk events appear from two aspects of annual risk evaluation and problem-driven risk evaluation, qualifies their risk values and determines their risk levels. Taking the real world power optical fiber communication network for an example, the model is validated and results show that the model has a certain operability on power communication network operation risk values calculation.
