中医治疗腹痛患者64例

目的分析研究腹痛患者的中医治疗体会。方法对我院2015年8月—2016年11月收治的64例腹痛患者进行研究,根据中医辨证分型进行辨证治疗,64例患者中医辨证分型主要为寒邪内阻型、饮食停滞型、湿热壅滞型等,观察中医辨证治疗的临床效果。结果本次研究64例患者经过中医辨证施治后,52例患者治愈,治愈率为81.25%,12例患者有效,有效率为18.75%,临床治疗总有效率为100.00%。结论对于腹痛患者实施中医辨证治疗,可以有效缓解患者的腹痛症状,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Abdominal Pain for 64 Cases

Objective To analyze the experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of abdominal pain.Methods In our hospital from August 2015 to November 2016, 64 cases of abdominal pain patients were studied.According to TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, 64 cases of patients with TCM syndrome differentiation were mainly for cold evil resistance type, food stagnation type, dampness-heat stagnation type.The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation was observed.Results In this study, 64 cases of patients were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation, 52 cases of patients were cured, the cure rate was 81.25%, 12 patients were effective, the effective rate was 18.75%, and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion For patients with abdominal pain, the implementation of TCM syndrome differentiation can effectively relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain, has the exact effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
