| 摘 要： | 科学评价葡萄酒旅游资源是葡萄酒旅游开发的前提。采用层次分析法(Analytic hierarchy process,AHP),从葡萄酒资源价值、葡萄酒旅游环境氛围和开发建设条件三个方面,选取葡萄及葡萄酒资源丰度、历史文化价值等16个指标,构建烟台葡萄酒旅游资源评价体系,计算各层次指标权重并建立评价模型。结果表明,烟台葡萄酒旅游资源综合评分为74.926,资源质量总体较好,具有较大的开发价值。最后基于评价结果,提出烟台葡萄酒旅游资源开发策略。

| Abstract: | Scientific evaluation of wine tourism resources is the premise of wine tourism development.Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),from three aspects of wine resource value,wine tourism environment atmosphere,and development and construction conditions,sixteen indicators,such as grape and wine resource abundance,historical and cultural value,etc,were selected to construct the evaluation system of wine tourism resources in Yantai region,and established evaluation model.The results showed that the comprehensive score of wine tourism resources in Yantai region was 74.926,the quality of wine tourism resources was generally good,and it had great development value.Finally,based on the evaluation results,It puts forward the development strategy of wine tourism resources in Yantai region. |
