芳烃抽余油生产高辛烷值异构化汽油的技术方案

摘    要:中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发了一种超强酸C_5,C_6烷烃异构化RISO-C催化剂,并提出了一种生产清洁、优质的高辛烷值异构化汽油的技术方案。该方案以芳烃抽余油为原料,采用脱异己烷塔(DIH)+异构化反应的工艺流程,DIH塔顶、侧线和塔底分别得到异构化汽油产品、异构化反应原料和C_7以上组分,最终可以得到辛烷值RON大于86的C_5,C_6异构化汽油产品。

Abstract:SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing has successfully developed a solid superacid catalyst developed RISO-C catalyst for paraffin isomerization of C5/C6.A technical proposal has been proposed for production of clean and high-quality isomerate gasoline with a process of "deisohexanizer (DIH) + isomerization".The isomerate product,isomerization feedstock and C7+ fraction are obtained from overhead,side-draw and bottom of DIH column respectively.The process is capable of producing C5/C6 isomerates with RON ≥86.
