| 摘 要： | 目的观察养阴活血法治疗高血压病(阴虚阳亢证)的疗效及其对生活质量的影响。方法将55例高血压病阴虚阳亢证患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均常规服用降血压西药,治疗组加用养阴活血中药;均连续治疗4周。结果两组治疗后血压均明显下降,两组降压总有效率相近;两组治疗后症状积分均明显降低,治疗组降低程度大于对照组;其临床总有效率高于对照组;治疗组治疗后生存质量得分处于中等偏上水平,活力(VT)、情绪角色(RE)、社会功能(SF)和心理健康(MH),较治疗前明显改善,VT、RE的改善明显优于对照组。结论养阴活血法治疗高血压病(阴虚阳亢证)有改善症状的作用,能提高患者的生活质量。
